My BTC never transferred and my money taken from my bank

No one is replying, I have created 2 support tickets, no one replied to them, support zero and the fees are the highest I have seen, rubbish website and support. I will also report them to my bank, they have my money in their account but my BTC never transferred.

OK first please just calm down a bit, I know there is nothing worse than paying for something and then getting no answer and especially so when you have contracted their "support" with no reply.

I have received your PM and replied to this stating that there is nothing anyone here at bitcoin.com can do at this stage, this matter must be taken up with Simplex who process all transactions for buy.bitcoin.com

You said it had been 10 hours since you sent the money and that is really not long for transactions to be processed by credit card companies for bitcoins, just because they have debited your account doesn't mean that they have sent the funds on yet.

They most likely have a large backlog of transactions to process due to the recent bitcoin price rise and many people buying.

If in a few days you are still having trouble then please get back to us here and we will follow it up but we can only go on the information that you provide us.

same Happened with me as well Simplexcc.com sent me the ticket , but they have a rubbish website and I never got any reply from the ticket . They had end less verification process and never replied me back on the email .

This is really disgusting and i don't know whom to contact , these people are real cheat , No contact phone number , No email nothing . Absolutely Zero support

I have bought 2 times from Simplex, my payments have always been approved, also my last order from them was approved yesterday, I got the email saying that, but the BTC never arrived. I have also tried to contact them through all social media channels, support tickets, emails, etc. If they will send me those bitcoins when the value will be 1800 USD, then there is no use sending me then, is there?

You are responsible for the services that your partners are offering, so don't blame someone else. The transaction is successfully completed and the money have been transferred to their account, it's not a pre-auth transaction anymore.
I was using their services because it was supposed to be faster, but it's not.

They have not said that it will take 5 days for you to receive your order they have said to check everything and contact them back.
I don't know why you would have been charged more than the initial receipt, please check that the charges are not the fees or credit cards fees and contact their support about that problem too.

You should receive the amount of bitcoins calculated at the time your transaction was processed and payment received into Simplex account.

I'm in the same situation. They pulled from my bank, but I have nothing in my wallet after 24 hours. Please keep us posted with how long it takes for your to receive funds.

Wow... well i'll skip out on simplex then. I haven't purchased any Bitcoin yet because I haven't been able to choose an exchange, but you guys should have just gone through an exchange.. sounds like the verification process for some exchanges is quicker than it takes to receive your Bitcoin from Simplex.

Im conused, as i have used other bitcoin buy/sell services before and they also use simplex payment system but they tend to go through as quick as 1hr.

It has been almost 18hrs for me since i made the payment.

It has been 3 days since my payment was approved, money cleared out from my bank account, I still haven't received my bitcoin or any replies to my last email, it will be a scam to send me the value of 1000 usd that I paid 3 days ago in Bitcoins now, so I've asked for a refund. I am waiting for their response.

I've received my bitcoins, it was calculated at the moment when the transaction was approved, so I have paid 1095 USD, they sent me after 3 days, 0.4 BTC when the value of 1 bitcoin is 2000 USD. This is fraud, I will take the necessary legal actions about this.

I am sorry but this forum is not the "support" for any bitcoin purchases, if the purchase was made via bitcoin.com then you will have to take this matter up with Simplex as they run that side of the business for us.

Bitcoin.com is just one domain name used to promote Bitcoin. Bitcoin.com is not an official website. Just like nobody owns the email technology, nobody owns the Bitcoin network.

If you feel that legal action is warranted then that is your right so feel free to take any action you feel is necessary but i can tell you now it's going to be a waste of time because as i already explained to you via PM that the purchase would be calculated at the price of bitcoin when the transaction was confirmed. i am sure we wouldn't have seen this post if the price went up to $3000 per BTC

Simplex are not a scam, though I can certainly understand that the current delays you are experiencing make you feel as though they are. In relation to refunds, it seems that you don't understand the situation correctly - buy.bitcoin.com is Simplex. They own and operate buy.bitcoin.com by virtue of 'leasing' that domain from Bitcoin.com.
