No Skrill is an e-commerce business for fiat money transfers whereas bitcoin is its own currency.

You will have to purchase bitcoin to send to a bitcoin address, you should be able to do that with Skrill somewhere but can't think of a site now. Just Google search bitcoin to skrill.

Sort of.

You'd have to go to Paxful.com and buy bitcoin from a seller who specifically accept Skrill as payment.
