Thanks again for posting more videos.

I like Andreas and have been to one of his talks in Australia about 2 years ago, he always seems to have a good understanding of what is going on and i believe him over a lot of others in the space when he talks about what is happening.

In this video what he said about just turning AsicBoost off if it is not being used sounds like a perfect solution and i would like to see a response from Bitmain or anybody else why turning this feature off would harm their mining efforts in others ways. If it is only there to give the user of the equipment an advantage over others on the network then i would vote to turn it off, bitcoin is not about one person/company having an advantage over anyone else, i know this is something that is hard to stop is such a fast growing industry but if it is detected like in this case then it should be shut down.

What he said about this whole scaling debate turning into like a nasty divorce was about spot on, i think some people have hurt feeling and may have forgotten what they were fighting for in the first place.
I wish everybody would just sit down together and just say "forget all the past bullshit and let's start fresh right now" then go around the table and ask all present to name 3 things they think are the most important problems facing bitcoin today and start working on how to fix these problems ASAP, we have a $20 billion system here and everybody needs to act like gentlemen to fix the problems that face the network today. You can bet that the network is going to have to deal with bigger problems in the future so let's start to work together on this now.
