Sorry I have to ask this in this forum because it borders on intergrity of Luno platform/wallet.
I bought 0.5 Bitcoin 2 days ago at Luno using my Luno account on Luno platform . This was at 11.03 hours Nigerian time. By 12:16 I got a mail that 0.5btc has been sent. At 12:26 I got another mail that 0.015417btc has been sent. I got worried because I only bought 0.5btc leaving the balance of the money in my Luno account. I logged on to discover my balance was used to buy that and it was not me. I also noticed that the bitcoins were sent to different addresses other than the one I provided in my Luno account. I raised alarm with your support team. At 12:43 I got another mail that HTC one M9 has successfully linked to my Luno account 27mins after the first mail of sending Bitcoin was received. I also raised alarm and changed my passwords.
My worry is that support team is saying nothing can be done not minding that we were told that your wallet is secured. I had confidence in Luno hence my buying from them. Early hours of 22/3/2017 I got another mail that 0.015417 btc that I did not initiate buying is on Luno 30 days trade. I am confused. New device login mail on Luno accounts is automated so when I got the mail 27 mins after I got the mail on the sending of the Bitcoin I did not get worried because sending has happened before the linking.
I desperately need a solution because the people that asked me to buy for them to confirm Luno is credible are on my neck. I am patiently waiting.
