You will have to be a little clearer, do you mean this forum?

Same rules apply to most forums though and that is you really only need to reply to posts if you can add further to the discussion or have information that may be helpful to the member asking.

You don't NEED to post, only if you want to. You can also reply in a relavent fashion to topics you already see created if you wish.
