trusty exchange site wihtout withdraw minimum ?

Hello, i have been searching for some exchange sites (DOGE/BTC). I found bter.com, but their withdraw minimum is too high. I found hitbtc.com, but i have been searching and it can be scam. Any ideas for trusty site with low minimum (at least 0.001 BTC).
PS: I nees convert DOGE to BTC, so I dont care about DOGE withdraw minumum.

Hmm I'm not too familiar on exchanges that deal in cryptocurrencies, I'm mainly familiar with ones that deal with dollar/btc pairs, however, some of the exchanges I deal with DO offer altcoin exchanges. It might be worth checking out bitcoinx.io/exchanges just to see what's out there, and see if any that you haven't seen before that maybe have a solution for you that meets your needs.
