2) Cloning a site without their permission? That's called stealing intellectual property.
3) On your live demo, the animated gifs on the main page are of a much lower quality than the ones on genesis mining.
4) Checking my HTTP requests, it links to some images and files that don't exist. That's not good.
5) It's a shoddy job of downloading Genesis Mining's HTML, retrieving all the sources, and changing it to fit yourself.
