Coinvert.io : coins not received, support not answering...

Hi,

I used Coinvert.io one time. It worked well. The next time, I made an error when choosing the fees and the transfer took 120+ min to be confirmed.
I didn't received back by bitcoins nor received the altcoin I ordered. I'm trying to get an answer from the support but I didn't get anything back since two days.

Do someone had similar issue with them ?
