I didn't know Bitcoin had CEOs, so may I know who are the CEOs of Bitcoin? I thought Bitcoin's CEO was arrested.

The serious answer is that there is no Bitcoin CEO. Bitcoin is not a company, it is a protocol similar to Email. There's no CEO of Bitcoin the same way that there is no CEO of Email. However, there are companies with CEOs that USE and provide Bitcoin services, the same way that there are companies with CEOs that use and provide Email services like Yahoo, AOL, Google, Microsoft, etc. The quote from this site that you are referencing is referring to the CEOs of multiple different companies involved in Bitcoin or cryptocurrency in some way.

The guy who was arrested that you may be thinking of is Charlie Shrem who ran an exchange service for buying and selling Bitcoins called BitInstant which he was the CEO of.

Sounded more like media hype, tell people the CEO is dead and then watch bitcoin fail, . yeah that worked.
