It's far too early to be seen and not all of his economic policies are even known yet. They reference stimulus packages in that article but without mention to what those packages might be or why the would benefit Bitcoin other than inflation.

I dont know for sure is donald trump good for bitcoin
But we can see the price of btc up to $1117 right now
I think it any a effect for bitcoin.
