IT really depends on what you are looking for.

If you are looking for something that will be 99.99999999% secure and almost impossible to hack, I'd suggest Trezor with Cryptosteel backup. If you can't afford it and you are only storing a small amount of bitcoins, then try Paper wallets, however they are prone to fire damage.

Brainwallets have been proven to be inefficient and easy to be hacked, however warp wallets are right now the best way to store your bitcoins "by brainpower".

For average people though, Blockchain.info is more than enough. If you are looking for a bitcoin + fiat wallet, then go for coinbase, although they don't allow you to hold your own private keys.
