Bitcoin Games Pending Withdrawal

I have some problem while withdrawing my balance from games.bitcoin.com
They saying it's some undergoing maintenance but it's been 25 hours.
What makes it more weird is they don't get any ETA about this saying no further info from admin / technical team.
Why it is so hard to process a withdrawal that isn't so big (just around 800 USD) for a big company like bitcoin.com
In my opinion any maintenance don't get affect to players withdrawals. in the meaning time they let users to deposit but not to withdrawals?
