Hello to everyone.
I am extremely new to cryptocurrency and I am in need of advice/guidance.
I set up accounts with Nexo and Kucoin. Two weeks ago I transferred a small amount of USDT from Kucoin to Nexo with the intent of exchanging the USDT for fiat currency (US dollar). Obviously, I used the wrong chain and my USDT left Kucoin but never arrived at Nexo. Following the TxHash I see the coins in the wallet address that Nexo provided me. However, I cannot access them. Nexo is stating that since I used the wrong chain, they cannot help me even though I used the correct address.
Surly I am not the only person to do this. Is there someone out there willing to share a bit of advice and point me in the right direction to retrieve my USDT?
I do appreciate any and all suggestions.
