I got a very clear question.
I was checking etherscan. I noticed, for SHIB, there are tons of transactions destined to an address shown as “Binance 14”
https :// etherscan .io/token/0x95aD61b0a150d79219dCF64E1E6Cc01f0B64C4cE?a=0x28c6c06298d514db089934071355e5743bf21d60
The above link shows lots of transactions for small amount of assets to & from “Binance 14” I mean everyone apparently deposits to a single address called “Binance 14”.
My question is how? Isn’t this true that in our dashboard, in our wallet, when we wanna deposit, we get a unique address generated specifically for us, and then we send our asset directly to our unique address?
That address is unique, and by definition, has a unique public key and therefore a unique private key.
How Binance could happen to have one “Binance 14” for everyone to deposit their asset, while showing different address to everyone.
I hope it was clear enough…
