Can I post a bounty to help me recover the stolen 190000 USDT?

Hello respected sir,
My 190000 USDT was stolen from COINBASE wallet by hackers, can I post a bounty? I think there must be some righteous people willing to give me some help. I am currently living in Thailand and I have reported the case to the Thai police, but I cannot provide relevant clues to the police because I do not understand blockchain.

Have you tried contacting Coinbase support to see if there's anything they can do about it? They might also be able to provide some sort of evidence that you can then show the police.
