Here are three great articles by Griswald, Dworkin, and Spooner on civil disobedience. Griswald is in the positivist law camp and believes those protesting a law should be arrested in order to uphold the law's legitimacy. Dworkin and Spooner take more of a naturalist law point of view and believe it is a violation of ones will to make them follow a law that they truly believe to be unjust.
