The Central Banks and governments of most countries are now realizing the revolutionary nature of Blockchain technologies. These bodies are open to suggestions. Many of them are aware that Blockchain technologies could save billions annually.
The first role for government in supporting the development of distributed ledgers is to develop a clear vision of how this technology can improve the way government does its business and is able to deliver services to citizens. This needs to be followed by government acting as an expert customer to implement the technology — procuring distributed ledger solutions where they are applicable. In doing so, government can support and influence the development of economic activity in this sector, including new and growing businesses as well as larger incumbent businesses.
A report by the UK Government Chief Scientific Adviser.

We believe that blockchain is becoming a C-suite issue for asset managers. As a group, management teams need to understand the potential impact on the business and right-size their response. Both business and functional heads have a role to play and a list of tasks to execute over the next two years.
JP Morgan and consulting firm Oliver Wyman report, 2016 Unlocking Economic Advantage with Blockchain: A guide for asset managers
Distributed ledgers undoubtedly hold value for government, offering new ways of operating that reduce fraud, error and the costs of delivering services to underserved users. At the same time, these technologies offer new forms of innovation and the ability to reduce transaction costs for SMEs in the UK. This chapter has highlighted only some of the possible use cases. As distributed ledgers are adopted more widely, it is likely that a new form of operating government services will emerge.
A report by the UK Government Chief Scientific Adviser. Distributed Ledger Technology: beyond block chain
Rather than to stay at the margins of the finance industry Blockchain will become the beating heart of it.
Giancarlo Bruno, the head of financial services industries at the World Economic Forum. August 12, 2016. The New York Times
A letter of credit or LC conducted on Blockchain enables greater efficiencies and visibility in trade finance processes, benefiting multiple parties across its value chain. As part of the Smart Nation journey, partnerships and the adoption of such innovations can help transform the banking and finance sector.
Khoong Hock Yun, assistant chief executive of IDA Singapore’s Development Group. August 10, 2016. Blockchain News
As a central bank, we are open to innovations despite the different opinions of regulators on matters such as cryptocurrencies. We are willing to consider the merits and risks of blockchain technology and other distributed ledgers.
Lesetja Kganyago, South African economist and central banker. August 23, 2016. CoinDesk
We have a group of officials from RBI, IDRBT and industry people which will look into this. There is a tremendous potential (in Blockchain technology).
H.R. Khan, Reserve Bank of India deputy governor.  June 26, 2016. Blockchain News
Business Insider has reported that HSBS is discussing the idea that central banks could push for blockchain-based digital currency systems in order to capitalize on transaction transparency and create a clearer picture of a country’s financial system.
November 9, 2015. Coindesk News
In the same way, a modernised monetary transmission system, based on real-time big data analysis through Blockchain, could allow the government to balance the economy more efficiently and systematically. … In short, the blockchain would allow the government to know a huge amount more about what’s actually happening in the economy.
Mike Bird, Markets Editor of Business Insider. November 9, 2015. Blockchain News
Blockchain is set to be discussed at a United Nations (UN) meeting on sustainable development today. According to a UN agenda, the meeting in New York will focus on how private-public partnerships could use blockchain (among other tools) to achieve sustainable development goals… The UN’s 16th Sustainable Development Goal focuses on a variety of areas related to inclusion, transparent government and fair justice systems. Specific calls to action include the goal to "provide legal identity for all, including birth registration [by 2030]", "develop effective, accountable and transparent institutions at all levels" and "substantially reduce corruption and bribery in all their forms". While notable, the idea that blockchain technology could yield new solutions in finance and beyond has slowly gained traction within the UN for much of the past year.
October 13, 2016. UN Considers Blockchain in Search for Sustainability Solutions // Coindesk News

It is obvious to some that sooner or later, the world will have a Blockchain-based single protocol that will unite separate databases around the world into a single but decentralized system. eGaaS is strongly laying claim to becoming such a Blockchain technology.

Egaas looks much better prepared than other ICO like WINGS DAO, ARK, Lisk, ICONOMI inside the circle they are too slow to promote development when the ICO ends, I see Egaas much more prepared with their wallets and distribution after the ICO closed
