Prior to Bitwise going public (Bitcoin is largest holding), the management team emailed shareholders directly, multiple times, and followed up with a video-conf, strongly advising us to sell our shares the day of the IPO and re-buy those shares thru them privately. I did as they urged and this proved to be a REALLY BAD IDEA and I now believe that I, and perhaps you, were duped by Bitwise and used for their own benefit.
I have begun the process of pursuing legal action against the company with a law firm that specializes in such cases and I'd like to assemble as many of us as possible as this process moves ahead.
