Fees for trading bitcoin? How to lower them?

Hi

I m a beginner in the bitcoin field and was wandering, I d like to trade with an API, automated, lot of transactions per day, I did run some simulation and the model is not profitable with the current fees per transaction (0,01% per say). I m curious, is there a way to do a lot of transaction at a flat rate per month let said, not on a per transaction basis?

If you're trading back and forth BTC<->altcoin, you're probably losing more due to deposit fee, exchange fee, withdraw fee, exchange fee, and withdraw fee again.
