Recommendations for BitPay alternatives servicing online gambling industry?

BitPay have an excellent crypto-to-fiat solution, but do not service the online gambling industry. Cubits used to cover that space, but got screwed in a scam: https://news.bitcoin.com/u-k-cryptocurrency-exchange-cubits-shuts-down-after-33m

I would like to ask the community's recommendations on PSPs who can provide a similar crypto-to-fiat service that will accept businesses operating in the online gambling space and offer same instant fiat settlement. Ideally looking for an EU based operation, but happy to look at all suggestions.
