Bitcoin Core 0.13.1 Enables SegWit to Ease Block Sizes

What are your thoughts on the new Core release that includes the next steps for the SegWit integration?

I think it is a good step forward especially with the multisig security strengthening. At the same time I know with the block size issue having split the community into several factions it may have an issue reaching the 95% deployment needed to activate.
