As much as fundraising is important in order to launch a new project, I actually do admire the ones that do have a working product before effecting a fundraising even or not hold any altogether. Is IEO and ICO making any difference on the space? As long as I know, major IEO projects turn out messed up. Projects without ICO or IEO even turn out Great. For instance, Veil project has no ICO or IEO. Yet it is one of the best privacy coins ever.

Are people still investing in IEO'S?. I'm shocked. IEO is another dimension of ICO, many of them are scams. That is why I have chosen to stick only with already trading low cap gems. Gems like Veil, Hacken... They will give better profit than many IEO'S can ever bring in the nearest future.
