The receivers address changes after I send it

I copied and pasted a address from WhatsApp, Then I sent it a few hours later I received a message stating that The receiver never received the it. So I go back and I look at what I sent and the address is different from what I copied and pasted. So I go back and I re-copy and paste it again and then resend it again I get a message stating that he still has not received what I sent. I go back again and I look at it and the address is different. So I know something is wrong So this time I send a small amount , so I go ahead and copy and paste again and this time I take a screenshot Of each page, then I send it and sure enough it’s a different address we’ll the same one as the last 2 that were wrong. So I now how the screen shots of the address charging after I send it . Now I’ve sent a email to customer service but haven’t heard back from them . Has anyone seen or heard of this . I really need help as I’m out 600.00
