Yes, a lot of people do not understand the concept of mining, thus they go into it without proper knowledge. I was in that category of people until I learn about veil. I had to go for lectures. Now I can mine Veil comfortably.

Mining is not profitable because people are only looking at the daily profit. Mining need to be faced as a medium/long term investment...
I always look at the FA potential of the project... almost the same as when buying low cap coins... and then choose the right time to sell (market wise)
This year there are a lot of high potential gems being launched... Veil, Beam, Veles, Zex... are among the best

I don't really know much about minning but the interest I have in the Veil privacy coin has really pushed me into deep research on getting the knowledge I need to mine the coin. For now, am trading veil and it gives good ROI.

Especially for veil it's still easy to be mined because of not so many hashrate in the network that means there was a lot of room for new miners to mine it. But remember about we must do a lot of research about that. banano can become another option but for me, veil still placed at the number one.
