Setting Password
How do I set a password of my BCH Wallet (portable version) before the program starts? I don´t want it to start seeing the wallets.

It would be helpful to understand what you are trying to achieve.
If all you want is a new BCH wallet that doesn't see anything, then why not just install a new wallet? It won't see anything, and you don't have to import keys, sweep them, or otherwise do anything. It won't know about your seed/s/keys/s or passphrases.
If you want to put a watch on addresses, and not import keys at all, putting a password on a key/set of keys makes no difference here. The watch wallet only monitors activity. Like browsing blockchain explorers. although more convenient for more addresses and to see it all happen on the go with a mobile app.
