WHAT IS YOUR TAKE ON PRIVACY COINS

Mon Apr 22, 2019 12:14 pm

The internet has made people personal data and activities available at will, no secrecy, no PRIVACY anymore. The birth of blockchain comes with the vision of ensuring that internet users can maintain privacy in terms of personal data, transactions and other sensitive information. But with recent demand of KYC documents on every blockchain project and exposure of individual personal transaction and details it seems as if the long term vision of blockchain as being a technology that will aid anonymous transaction is being tempered with.

It now boils down to a special type of coin known as the privacy coin to ensure that privacy and anonymity of its users is preserved. We have varrious privacy coin, some with new cutting edge technology like veil, which of the many privacy coin do you think can maintain the privacy and anonymity value of blockchain technology.

I really do have to admit that the term "privacy" used within the cryptosphere really did appear to me as a fallacy. This is actually due in large part to the fact that the transparency of all transactions was also a major aim. The conclusion is that, for these two features to really work together, some things need to give.

I really do agree with you that privacy coins have been able to incorporate true privacy into the cryptosphere but what was really impressive lies in the fact that they were able to achieve this without writing off the transparency feature.

Taking into consideration the fact that I can stake Veil tokens in order to earn some passive income is a major driving force behind me trying to gather as much information as possible about the project.
