The Wall Street Journal understated raised investments 2.5 times, analyzing the ICO market.

Hi guys! Have you read the WSJ article that at Q1 2019 ICO raised only $118 million ((https://www.wsj.com/articles/raising-mo ... 1554037201)? They understated investments 2.5 times! According to CryptoLaboratory’s data ICOs raised $302 million (https://cryptolab.one/blog/icos-attract ... in-q4-2018)!

Do not you think that this is fake news in crypto world?
