Bitcoin went off of my account but payment no successful occording to merchant

I have made my first payment using bitcoin (transaction ID : 1d3496d8c15505d346e9e51e249cdef87a0ae735dba8aadfde38e21cf3d812b6) but the merchant said that the payment was cancelled.

The money went off my wallet, not sure what to do?

You can view the transaction on a block explorer:

explorer.bitcoin.com/bch/tx/1d3496d8c15505d346e9e51e249cdef87a0ae735dba8aadfde38e21cf3d812b6

It appears that you've sent BCH (Bitcoin Cash). Was the merchant expecting BTC (Bitcoin Core) or were they expecting BCH (Bitcoin Cash)?

If you sent the wrong coin you should let them know (they may be able to recover the BCH).
