Sent BCH from bitcoin.com to BTC wallet green address

Hey guys it’s been about 24 hours I have made the ridiculous mistake of sending BCH from Bitcoin.com to a BTC wallet in green address app, now the person didn’t get anything but garanteed me that I would get it back at some point since it’s two different wallets while so has not happened I’d like to know if there’s ways of getting my cryptocurrency back into my account or if getting it back will ever be true.
Any input is appreciated, thanks!

I'm not very familiar with the GreenAddress Bitcoin Wallet.

However, if you've sent BCH to BTC wallet the receiver would be the one who recovers the BCH. The private keys are the same on each chain so they can import, or sweep, the BTC private private key into a wallet which supports BCH (the BCH will then appear). If the receiver does not have access to private keys they'll need to contact support at GreenAddress Bitcoin Wallet.
