Bitcoins dissapeared

Hi all, I had bitcoins transferred to an address I created I generated with Bitcoinwallet.com (BCH, legacy address). I see the coins were transferred but they do not show up in the wallet, and I tried the workarounds listed in the FAQ. The transfer shows up on Blockchain, but the funds do not up in my wallet. I have contacted bitcoin.com support but they are extremely slow. Are my funds at risk or will this get resolved through support? Thanks.
