Just recently the founder of the notorious torrent website the Pirate Bay launched a new privacy-centric domain registration service called ‘Njalla.’ This type of service has become a hot commodity lately as domain names are hard to obtain without providing identity details to the registrar.

“Think of us as your friendly drunk (but responsibly so) straw person that takes the blame for your expressions,” explains Njalla.

In addition to a managed DNS and support the company also accepts payments via bitcoin and the company’s headquarters is located in the Caribbean islands as Njalla is a 1337 LLC business based out of Nevis.
