I allready received a reaction:

Hello,

The devs are currently working to fix the display hashrate issue now. You will be paid as normal and miners are still running it is just a display problem. Sorry for any problems.

Regards:
Steven.

EDA just caused BCC to become more profitable to mine again. Going to turn on my auto-switch feature :D

Correct,
It is currently 14.2% more profitable to mine on the Bitcoin Cash blockchain.

One problem with switching is apparently profitability is not based on difficulty at time of mining but on average for day.
I wonder are any changes under way to change this so that paid out based on difficulty at time of mining(to allow for optimal switching)? Also is the average based on amount of time (e.g. 12 hours 1 difficulty and 12 another difficulty) or is it weighed based on the number of blocks mined at each difficulty level?

Average difficulty is weighted based on time.

I'm planning to change the PPS payment system to pay based on average difficulty per hour, instead of average difficulty per day.

I have problems with alert mail when my workers are OFFLINE, the POOL would send an email if a worker did not work.

Now I do not get any alerts, what could be happening?

Can we get an update on the BCH payment for mining contracts? How long from today should we expect to be able to purchase with BCH? And the restock of hashes?
Just to get my head around the price system; if BTC price rises, would contract prices increase too?
Hi Sonny,

Our cloud mining contracts are priced in USD rates per TH so if BTC or BCC go up in value this won't cause the price to go up. The recent price rises have been due to low stocks and high demand, we can't often source enough hashrate to keep up with sales. Sometimes we have to buy smaller bulk stocks that cost more than we have planned for so this will also drive up the price per TH.

Our pre-order plans are still the best value for money, esecially the pre-order #2 that is much cheaper per TH still, i am guessing that it won't stay at this price for long.
Hi bitkilo, I fancy the impact of high demand on contract pricing. I also believe that the pre-order plans are targeting high stock-up times projected by your team.
Is there any chance that the price will adjust to the $130 - $200 range after your stock-ups? I am sure it'll keep you better than the competition.

What country is your hardware located? I’ll check if your nearest pool server is working.

in my view, auto mining is probably a bit awkward for me because of the target for every coin we would not achieve

I just launched our updated PPS payment system. We now pay by average hourly difficulty, instead of average daily difficulty.

This means your payouts will be higher if you did more mining before a difficulty increase.

Don't wanna bother checking other pool discussions, the cashexplorer.bitcoin.com, apparently for BCC transactions, reports BCC transactions as BTC.

Are you sure the payouts are working correctly with auto-withdraw enabled? I enabled it 4 or 5 days ago. My 'Account' page was showing Estimated 24hr revenue of ~0.007 BCC for 2-3 days now. And there's been no withdrawals in my account since 5 days ago. But my total balance is only showing 0.005 for the past 5 days? That doesn't seem right. The pool is mining a ton of BCC blocks. Unless the fees are eating all of the profits or there's a bug?

Payouts are correct, there isn't a bug.

You had an auto-withdrawal yesterday: https://console.pool.bitcoin.com/transactions?coin=bcc

Estimated revenue does not include cloud mining fees.

Ah yes, now I read that the withdraw page is Recent Manual Withdrawals. Not all withdrawals show there, thanks zowki.

Hello , I found my BCC payout for 25 Sep 2017 is 0.11132358 BCC which is a lot lesser than the estimated amount 0.23524840 BCC
My hashrate is 100T Please check and explain the reason.
