I just want to warn users that there have been many people scammed in the past when purchasing mining equipment so use caution and do not trust anybody.
The fact the OP mentions in the title "No PayPal" does raise 1 red flag by itself but maybe he just doesn't use PayPal, "must have payment upfront" raises another red flag. Never send money to someone you don't know on the net for anything, especially so when dealing with a irreversible payment method like bitcoin - Use Escrow.

@OP, are you happy to use a escrow provider that both yourself and the buyer agree on?

If you are not willing to use escrow then you may as well lock the thread because I can't see anyone sending an unknown person on the net about $5000 usd and just hoping that they send the goods but i can't instruct you to do so as you are not breaking any rules.

Don't know what you mean by escrow is the PayPal of the crypto world, escrow is there to protect both parties if you don't care about your customers then you shouldn't be in business.

Ouch. I've handled plenty of 5 figure deals via escrow without an issue over the years. Not using escrow would be insane.
