Getting my bitcoin cash from bitcoin

Hello fellow enthusiasts

I have followed the instructions on the bitcoin.com web site and still cant import my BCC .

1.I spent my bitcoin ( although failed to reduce the balance to zero)
2. I tried to import my bitcoin.com BTC wallet into a bitcoin.com BCC wallet


Is my down fall not reducing my BTC balance to zero ?

Note i had the BTC before the Fork

Any help would be appreciated

Did you type your back up seed correctly take a look here post90739.html#p90737 if you still have issues try this tool https://blog.bitpay.com/bitcoin-cash-recovery/

I have transferred my BTC to a wallet with BTC brought after the Fork. I hope i haven't lost the BCC

Error (in red) from Bitcoin.com wallet . my pre fork BTC was in a bitcoin.com wallet and i have spent it to a 19 cent balance and now i am trying to import it to a bitcoin.com BCC wallet based on these instructions https://www.bitcoin.com/guides/how-to-a ... sh-bcc-bch

Could not access the wallet at the server.
Please check:
The password of the recovery phrase(if set)
The derivation path
the wallet service URL
NOTE:to import a wallet from a 3rd party software,please go to add wallet>create wallet, and specify the recovery phrase there.
