Agreed. Surprisingly many cloud mining businesses are scams. Unfortunately this means that the legitimate businesses will have to go above and beyond to prove they are genuine. Although I dislike the "guilty until proven innocent" character of this approach I think it is the only way.

I was a bit surprised to see you state that you wanted to invest 10 btc in mining. I don't see how they can be (or remain) competitive given hash rate increases. I am not sure how long I can continue to run my miners (and they are in a cheap electricity / free cooling location).

I would also be careful as he has not responded to your or my question / comment about their need to prove their claims.

DO NOT venture into cloud mining with Hashflare, the customer support is unresponsive. If you still try and go with them atleast do not pay with bitcoin. They took my bitcoin and have not provided me with the hashing power and of they have not responded to a ticket I created, it has been over 1 week and still no response.

So recently I started to think about investing some money intro cloud mining through hashflare and a close friend of mine gave me an advice to look for promo codes for my contract.
