From what I've read about Abra is they definitely do not support bitcoin cash. However, since it's a non-custodial wallet, you have your private key/security phrase. However, it's not that easy to obtain the BTC you have associated with your private key since you need to 1. expose your private key to claim your bitcoin cash, 2. need to import the transactions/keys used for BTC transactions and 3. it's not really all too easy to do at this time. I'm sure more and more guides will come up online sooner than later. If you're in no rush, I'd do some reading on it, but if you're not savvy, it could be a bit risky.
You could sit and wait until they actually address it or wait for an easy guide to come out, as I'm sure there are a few out already. Also, Abra may use a different private key that is incompatible with other wallets when you import it.
