Hi there!
Recently, HashFlare, one of the most know cloud mining service has announced that ALL NEW AND OLD CONTRACTS (including mine) will now will be a 1 year time contract. Is it possible that Bitcoin.com could do the same?
I mean, i bought 1TH at HashFlare just because it was a lifetime contract until it is profitable so, my only concern befere i give this vote of trust for Bitcoin.com is: if i buy a lifetime contract (until profitable) it will remain for a lifetime or is there a chance for the old contracts to become a year contract?
Thank you for your time!
Hello,
I am very surprised HashFlare has made such a move, especially to old existing contract. It's ok to change prices on new plans, we do it often but we would never make such a change to a contract already in progress.
The term Lifetime Plans on the Bitcoin.com mining pool refers to the life term of the contract itself, meaning that the plan will last it's lifetime in comparison to a 12 month plan that will have a set end date
We estimate that our lifetime plans will last for 1.3 years or longer, some companies will tell you that their life plans will last 4 plus years but that is impossible to calculate.
Our non profit terms for all plans are 60 days, this means that is the daily fee exceeds the daily revenue for 60 consecutive days then the mining contract will be cancelled because it will cost more to run than it will earning.
