Hashflare changed all existing Contracts overnight from "open" to +1year" !

Today I realized that Hashflare has changed a lot overnight. They doubled the prices for cloudmining (which is not good for new customers) but
their problem.

Existing contracts for Bitcoins (with "open end") has changed overnight to a one year contract which is absolutely not acceptable for me.
They write today on their webpage:
"All SHA-256 and Scrypt contracts activated prior to 01.09.2017 will expire on 31.08.2018."

The European legislation prohibits such crucial unilateral treaty adjustments.
What do you think ?
