BCC Exchange without wire transfer fees

I am trying to purchase Bitcoin Cash using USD without having to pay wire transfer fees.

I've looked at Kraken and Bittrex and both of them require USD to be deposited through wire transfer. Is there a trustworthy exchange that allows you to deposit USD via ACH or some other method that won't require a wire transfer fee?

I don't know any of any exchanges like that you always pay at least some transfer fee

To be clear, I'm not referring to the transfer fee you normally pay when buying bitcoin. I'm talking about the bank fee when you send money by wire transfer. Exchanges like Coinbase allow ACH transfer which doesn't require a wire transfer fee. Most banks charge $20-$30 for wire transfers.
