I read an article that this place is the biggest bitcoin exchange site but it looks to be a Korean site.

They are the biggest in terms of volume traded (https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/volume/24-hour/ ) They have english support as well.

I have. Nothing high volume which is why I prefer it. They have some of the lowest transaction fees for smaller transactions at .15%. Most places charge anywhere from .16% to .20%
