Wallet Not Registered?

Hi,

I recently installed the bitcoin.com wallet and naively put a large sum of money into it. The wallet is installed on my pc, however, I am unable to 'send' my bitcoins out and always get an error message.

Now, when I open the wallet for majority of the time, the wallet says: "Wallet Not Registered." Other times it shows my most recent BTC deposit into the wallet and if I click into it, it shows the two BTC deposits I have made.

I have tried exporting my wallet by downloading the bitcoin.com wallet on iphone, and typing in my 12 words but nothing happens in the app.

At this point, I am panicking, as I put in a good 3 months of work pay into this wallet but can't seem to pull it out.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Please see the post I made here:

As a workaround you can go to Settings -> [Your Wallet] -> More options -> Wallet Service URL -> and then change from https://bws.bitcoin.com/bws/api to https://bws.bitpay.com/bws/api

You will then be using BitPay's BWS and you will be able to send your funds without issue.

I have changed the wallet service URL, however, I still can't send funds ("wallet not registered"):





I have also read through the technical support thread you shared with me. From that, I gather, I can do nothing but wait for this issue to resolve itself?
