The people that already own these farms are never too willing to say much about what there costs or locations are so this won't be easy to find out.

You would be better to price it out yourself by calculating how much PH you want the farm to have, where you will get the power from and how much it will cost and finally a place to set all this up in without too many prying eyes to watch.

So if we dont worry about expenses for a minute and assume I can afford to buy 1000 of these machines(Antminer S9) and built a farm. How much dollar value can be generated every month?

First you have to estimate the montlhy bitcoins mined.. 1000 s9 * 14 ths = 14000 TH/s or 14000000000000000 hashes per second

month_btc = (30* 14000000000000000 * 12.5 * 86400) / (923233068448*2**32)
month_dolar = month_btc * 4100

You will mine 114 bitcoins per month witch worth 469013$, note the difficulty change every 2016

I am trying the online calculators but not correctly I am afraid. I appricite it if someone can tell me result:

the electric price where I live is $1.6 per kWh. I am not sure how many bitcoins I would be able to mine per day with 10 x Antminer S9 machines but would it be profitable?
