Need help in adding my address for credit transactions.

You will have to contact the company that you purchasing bitcoins from so they can tell you where to add it.
If the purchased was made via https://buy.bitcoin.com/ then you will have to contact Simplex as they run the service completely for us and we have no control over their system.

If you just need a bitcoin address to add then you will find this in your bitcoin wallet probably called "receiving address"
