I've bought a few BCC with some extra cash I had lying around on HitBTC and was surprised of how pleasant an experience it was. Their trading platform is quite nice, and they don't require verification if you are just trading in and out of crypto currencies.
The only con I'd say is the withdrawel fees. (I was paying around 30 cents to withdraw BCC).
