**NEED HELP URGENTLY!!** Locked out of Blockchain.info

Hey all,
I am hoping someone can help me recover funds from blockchain.info.

I created an account on blockchain.info several years ago, i purchased an amount of BTC and held them in a paper wallet, or cold storage.
I havent accessed the account in approximately 2 years and i'm afraid something has happened to it. I recently purchased a new phone and in the process of updating the google authenicator 2FA i have to log in to all my accounts to transfer the 2FA to the new phone.
Ok so i have the wallet address still, but i had forgotten my password i had tried everything. I had to try the 12 word passphrase, but on doing that i noticed my passphrase or mnemonic as it is referred to on my account is 13 words long. I did however find a link to enter the mnemonic and on doing that my password was revealed!! Happy Days! At least i thought to, i entered the password in, it then asked for the 2FA and i entered those details. Then it keeps telling me password is wrong and can not decrypt the wallet.
Is there another way to get in??
Any help will be greatly appreciated

Alternatively am i able to transfer the funds to a different account using the bar codes provided on the paper wallet??

You could contact them and ask for them to email you the encrypted backup copies of your wallet.
You could then try decrypting those with the password you have.

I have got it all sorted.
I dont know exactly what happened but i assume its something to do with a change of their configurations.

What i did was create a new account and import the other wallet address passwords and 2FA all seemed to work that way, then i just set the security options up for the second account.
