That's correct, the fee you included was too low relative to how congested the Bitcoin network is lately.
I have just put the transaction through ViaBTC's emergency
transaction accelerator for you. Your transaction will be confirmed when ViaBTC mines its next block, and you can keep an eye on this
here. Please note that this service only accepts 100 transactions per hour, and as there is a huge demand for it you will need to try accelerate your transaction in the first 5 - 10 seconds of each hour if you need to use it, otherwise it is unlikely to succeed. In short, don't rely on it to get your transactions through in future.
An excellent resource for determining the appropriate transaction fee at any given time is
bitcoinfees.21.co; until Bitcoin's scaling issues are resolved it would be prudent to refer to that before sending any transaction to ensure timely confirmation.
