The exchange platform Btc-e is not trustworthy. They stole my 2.5 Bitcoins

Wed Mar 15, 2017 7:16 pm

Hello everyone,

btc-e banned me from withdrawing saying: "contact support"

so i contacted the support and this is the e-mail traffic that happened:

https:// gyazo.com/726a3576b0cd3c7bf0a62da8895a72dc

https:// gyazo.com/9ccb08b85a73a605e25f4201e37bc083

here´s the gyazo-link from the SEPA transfer: https:// gyazo.com/a8d6b9777dcf541b68211b3c2b663090

my ID .........................................approved

my electricity bill........................... approved

my bank account.......................... approved

swift documents........................... approved

ID of Robin Horn.......................... approved

electricity bill of Robin................... approved

owning a proved btc-e account .... approved

reasons for being banned..............not given

my bitcoins..................................not given

so their agenda was like this:

1. ban a random user from withdrawing

2. when he mails you, ask for random documents

3. don´t respond to e-mail-answers [force the customer to create a new ticket everytime (i have cut out some of my e-mail answers to make the E-mail traffic more fluently)]

4.when you run out of questions for documents IGNORE the customer (let him suspended)

this makes it 100% clear that btc-e support is a scam. here is a link to a website where you can see who and where the owners of btc-e could be (usually btc-e is anonymous/ no contact details at btc-e) : http:// btceclaims.github.io/

I hope that the pressure of making this public forces them to improve their support system and give me my 2.5 bitcoins back. if anyone has a clue what else i can do please tell me.

update 16.03.2017: solved. after i made this public and posted it on more then 20 websites who were on top of google. after "balthazar" received a -trustpoint at bitcointalk.org and went super angry. after threatening to sue them - they finally gave up. i got my bitcoins now :) thank you very much for your help. i hope bitcoin exchanges will have more respect of their customers in the future. https://gyazo.com/d393cbdaabf835168ca605ce6d413c1c

Btc-e is one of the oldest and longest running bitcoin exchanges but i have seen a few claims of withdrawal problems in the past with them, you should get it all back but they may just be dragging their feet a bit, best of luck,

That definitely doesn't look so good. If I were you I wouldn't stop contacting them though. Maybe a problem with their system.

Just doesn't make sense that they would steal a low amount.

I'm currently having issues with them. They are holding 711 of my LTC because I was trolling someone in their chat. Now they won't let me access any fund and won't respond to any tickets submitted. Shit sucks at the current value it's $25,000!!!. Iv already contacted an attorney in NYC. I'm awaiting a call back now

Travis, they're doing the exact same thing to me:

I have been a member since 2013 but haven't traded constantly. About 20 days ago I logged in again without any problems, deposited LTCs and began trading.

Now about 5 days ago I was on the trollbox and some dude theatened me "GeekWithAKnife" or something like that and immediately got a message on the trollbox saying that I had been suspended and that I had X minutes to wait before being allowed to post again (it was the equivalent of 7 days).

So I kept trading anyway. About 20 hours later I am trading, had just opened a position and when I click to change to a different coin, the website displays a new page with a russian/engrish message saying "You has been banned IP xxx.xx.xxx.xx Contact support"...

So, after browsing around their knowledgebase I follow the instructions they had in one article regarding blocked accounts, I place a ticket with the title required by them, attach screenshots of everything and send it away, hoping for the best. A few hours later they respond me saying that I must create a new ticket, with a different title and attach a list of screenshots (same info that I had already sent), so I respond them that I already sent all that and ask them what else do they need...

An hour later they send me an email saying that since 1 hour had passed by without my response, that they would change the category to "solved" (WTF)... then minutes later I receive a message from Google telling me that they couldn't deliver my previous message because the receiver is "above quota" or something like that, but that they will keep on trying (I've been receiving that google message every 22 hours as they keep trying to deliver).

At the same time, when they requested that I send a new ticket, I did, with everything they asked except bank info as I never used any bank to deposit or withdraw, yet ZERO response for that ticket....

I don't know what to do, they have my LTCs, thousands of dollars, an open position with ETH that I don't know if they pulled when they locked me, etc...

NO RESPONSE from them... it's as if someone needed to steal some coins and used my "old account" as an excuse, even though they allowed me to log in and trade for like 10-15 days before blocking me for my supposed "own good"...

It been about 20 days for me now and BTC-E has not responded to my locked/Hacked account. As like everyone else, everything goes well until you get verified and everything do silent. My Account is pretty big. More then I care to admit. Like Travis and yourself, I have been through XBTCE verification. Now my support tickets are closed out and not answered. My Support ticket changed from OPEN to CLOSED with no responses.

Anyone else here having issues, please share your story. I dont understand by they would do this to us. I have been with them for 4 years if not more. As for "GEEKWITHKNIFE" That guy always been an ass, but I havent seen him on line lately, maybe he got booted as well. Regardless my account was hacked but I was online when t happened and immediately emailed support. They responded quickly and locked down my account. Ask for my verification which I provided my IP address etc etc etc, but they wanted screen shots of the FROM computer deposit which I did not have. They asked me to get verified and submit the new email address since my old one was compromised and was not secure. Since then the its been over 20 days with no responses, I check online everyday to see if I get any responses. Today I found that it was closed. I was WTF.

I know you have to be making MILLIONS if they can just block someone and ignore them. Sad part is there is no way to warn others then to keep posting on every forum I can find. I willing to pay for any who think they can resolve this matter.

You are damn right they are not trustworthy, the owner was just arrested on charges for laundering billions of USD.
