they are changing the structure of their company. they safe costs. i think that is a necessary move. stay small and flexible.

My initial feeling is that they are in a decent amount of trouble. The entire business model change is being fast tracked towards profit WHILE undergoing a restructure.

I dont want to go into too much detail, or make unwarranted assumptions, however there is a difference between a company being on the offense (Kicking ass and taking names) and a company being on the defense as if trying to "fix" a major problem.
