I am not really sure what you mean by withdrawal, did you withdraw from a gambling site or an exchange?
If it is confirmed on the blockchain then it should be available in your address. If you think there is a problem and you would like us to look into the transaction for you please post the transaction ID

I would strongly advise that you run a scan with Malwarebytes Anti-malware on your computer, as well as running an anti-virus and anti-rootkit scan.

Always, always, always check the first 5, middle 5 and last 5 characters of the Bitcoin address you are sending funds to in order to ensure that it is the correct address.

Yeah..i send to btcblock.io,after 48 hrs.the withdrawal wallet ic confirmed but i didnt receive it in my btc wallet..upon checking the btc address i saw that it has confirmed transaction sent to other btc address..

Oh no, i am so sorry to hear that.
I hate these scammers that just take other peoples hard earned bitcoins.

I hope you didn't lose too much and this can be put down to a cheap lesson learned.
