Where did you purchase the bitcoins from? buy.bitcoin.com?
If so then you will need to contact Simplex directly as they run the buy bitcoin service for us complete and we have no control over the transactions made on their system.

Simplex support team tried to set my complaişn as resolved without resolving it!!! I reopen the case and still waiting...

Simplex responded my tickets. It looks like my bank keep payment pending. I have to wait until 17.07.2017 if the payment successfull or not.

So the fault is on the side of your bank not a Simplex issue.
I hope you will not jump the gun in future and start accusing a company that may not be at fault, will you change/remove the Facebook post now?

The issue in here not only bank's fault, it is response time. I understand that Simplex is a new startup and their support is limited but when we talk about money nobody on the earth tolerate delays. I am a honest man because of that i write every step in here to inform ppl. I could refund my money and don't write anything in here if my intentions bad. I will write update to facebook also. So can we say you are from Simplex? This is important for ppl to know.

Sorry maybe my post came off a little harsh sounding and for that i apologise, we see a lot of people complaining about Simplex order not going through only to find out that it was a problem at the customers end not with Simplex

I must state that i do not work for Simplex in any way, they just handle bitcoin purchases for us here at Bitcoin.com
They are not a new company as far as i am aware and have been in business since 2015. They did have some troubles keeping up with the high demand during the last run up to $3000 usd but they have assured us that they can now keep up with demand.
